Meet Alcides #TheBloggerBehindTheBlog

Let’s get to know YOU:

Tell us a little bit about yourself (mini bio):

I’m currently working for an online company; which was one of my goals, because I get to learn how to run an online business.

I’m very passionate about lots of things like reading, meditating and everything that goes around personal growth. Blogging is just the beginning of what I really want, which is to create a marketing and web design company.

I’m the kind of person that constantly needs to be moving because I get bored really easily.

One of my goals is to eventually quit my job and travel with my wife to experiment new things in life but still create a great income.

I want to do many things in my life, so when I get to my last days on this world I will have nothing to regret because I’ve lived the life I’ve wanted, and I was able to help and give to the people.

I love to learn from people, always observing and trying to see what the world has for me.

Three people that have inspired me most have been Elon Musk ( funder of Tesla ), Nicola Tesla ( the creator of electricity as we know it today ) and Timothy Ferriss ( The Four Hour Work Week Guy).

In conclusion I consider myself a pretty chill guy and a little bit shy.

Give advice to someone who wants to start blogging:

Blogging is a great platform to start a business even if you don’t see yourself as a blogger your whole life. I will advise having a blog about the business that you want to create. When you decide to create a blog it’s good to research but not too much in order to prevent confusion or over load on unnecessary information which will lead to self-doubt. Try to stick to 2 or 3 resources.

Tell us one thing your readers don’t know about you:

I recently discovered that I’m passionate about computer programing and that’s what I’m currently learning.

Anything else you’d like to share with us? Go for it!!!

Leave a message for your readers:

Never give up on your goals. I know nothing comes easy and fast but nothing is impossible either. Be patient and if you are willing to work hard, make small sacrifices, you’ll accomplish your goals. Sometimes the things we don’t want to do, are the ones that are most important. So be willing to work hard and make mistakes because those hard times are the ones that will make you the person that you want to be. So, follow your dreams and don’t be scared to show or be who you really are.

Don’t let work become a wall between you and your family. Those are the people that you want to share your success with because it doesn’t matter how successful you are if you are alone.

Here’s my favorite quote (the guide of my journey):

“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.”

-Napoleon Hill.
