Let’s get to know YOU:
Tell us a little bit about yourself (mini bio): I would consider myself to be your typical girl in her mid 20’s, and live by the mentality work hard, play hard. I lead a pretty vibrant social life, with lots of lunch dates and dinners with friends. Spend lots of quality time with my fiancé. But am also really focused on my career.
What do you do outside of blogging (think school or work): My 24/7 job is in real estate. It honestly never ends as I work every day of the week and still respond to clients at all hours of the day, but I would not trade it for the world!
What do you like to do on your down time? I LOVE to travel. I have been to Paris 3 times in my life and could go back all the time and never get sick of it! I also love spending time with friends and family and walking my dog. Some of my hobbies include photography and decorating my home.
Blog niche: Home decor/lifestyle/real estate
What’s the purpose of your blog? I started my blog as a way to keep in touch with past clients and have potential clients get to know me and my skills as well to share with our friends and family who live far away what is going on in our home.
Who’s your target? Those interested in possibly buying or selling a home or decorating their home/apartment
What’s the best way for your audience to contact you? Email!
How would you describe your blogging style? I love to connect with others and share my expertise. I try to keep things relatable and let my personality shine through.
When did you start blogging? I started my blog in late 2015.
What inspired you to start blogging? I was looking for ways to expand my business and stay connected with past or potential clients beyond the standard ways agents normally do.
What’s the biggest change in your life since you started blogging? I’ve been able to connect with others all across the country and the world through social media!

Most of your traffic comes from which social media platform? Facebook

Do you have a freebie for your readers? If so, what is it? Do we need to subscribe to receive it? Not yet, but one is in the works! I will be a template for writing letters to sellers when writing an offer in a competitive market and you will need to enter your email to receive it.
What’s your greatest win so far with blogging? Putting out 3 posts in one week
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve so far with blogging? Time management. It is hard to find the time and put the effort into writing the time consuming posts that relate to real estate tips and tricks.
Has blogging surprised you in any way? If so, how? Yes, its a lot harder than it looks!
How often do you publish a post? Once a week minimum, but I aim for at least 3 times a week.
Have you had writer’s block? If so, how did you overcome it? Yes I had a hard time coming up with posts to write, but one day I came up with different categories for each day of the week and wrote a whole bunch of ideas for each category. It has been helpful in keeping me on track and avoiding writer’s block.
Do you have a blogging schedule? Daily theme? Please share! Yes, Mondays I try to answer reader questions or have a “coffee talk.” Tuesdays are usually real estate related. Wednesdays I get a little more personal and either talk about my relationship or opinions on relationships and wedding planning. Thursdays I talk about home decor and Fridays I have a Friday Five where I talk about 5 things I loved that week or 5 things that I like, etc.
Have you guest posted for someone? No
Do you accept guest posts? If yes, tell us about it! I haven’t yet but I am looking into it!
