Let’s get to know YOU:
Tell us a little bit about yourself (mini bio): I’m a stay at home mother with a 4yr old son. I didn’t realize what I was passionate about until 27yrs of age. Natural health and nutrition were just second nature that it never occurred to me until then. As a child I would get up very early to watch the lowest budget nutrition show you can imagine, and then try to educate my parents on better food choices… I don’t recall them being fond of their child lecturing them during shopping (don’t buy boxed crap then LOL).
What do you do outside of blogging (think school or work): I blog, I am also studying for a PhD in traditional naturopathic medicine through a distance training option.
What do you like to do on your down time? I also call myself a “maker of things” haha. Sewing, canning, ect… When my son is a bit older I plan to introduce him more to hiking and foraging wild foods. Poor kid is gonna be the weirdo who knows the names of different plants and animals and more.
